Lucinda has worked exclusively in Family Law since her admission in 2013 and is completing her Masters in Applied Family Law through the College of Law. Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University.
Lucinda advises clients in all aspects of family law matters. She has a particular interest in complex parenting matters involving allegations of substance abuse, mental health, domestic and family violence, as well as urgent relocation, recovery and Hague Convention matters.
She is passionate about providing her clients with a high level of care and assisting them in resolving their matters in an amicable and conciliatory manner.
Lucinda understands that helping clients achieve the best possible outcome does not always mean commencing proceedings in the Family / Federal Circuit Court, and instead she will seek to exhaust alternative dispute resolution techniques – negotiation and mediation – to achieve early and harmonious resolution for her clients. If it is necessary to commence proceedings in Court, Lucinda supports, prepares and guides her clients through the process to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients, and to reduce the stress associated with Family Court matters.
She prides herself on providing practical, cost effective and strategic outcomes for clients through her strong negotiation and communication skills. She is empathetic and understanding throughout your matter, and she will work closely with you to achieve the best outcome for you.
